PRACTICE AREAS
Jane Jeong focuses her practice on transactional real estate law, representing developers and individuals. She counsels clients on all aspects of planning, forming and selling condominium and cooperative projects in New York City and throughout the metropolitan area, including the drafting and submission of offering plans, amendments and related regulatory filings before the New York State Office of the Attorney General and other City and State agencies. Ms. Jeong also drafts and negotiates contracts for the purchase and sale of residential properties, including condominium and cooperative units and single-family homes.
Ms. Jeong graduated from Brooklyn Law School in May 2015, where she focused on real estate and corporate law, and helped provide legal counsel to low-income cooperative boards through the Brooklyn Law Corporate and Real Estate Clinic. In addition, Ms. Jeong served as a legal intern for the United States District Judge Arthur D. Spatt of the Eastern District of New York.
