Megan A. Wirtz

Megan Wirtz joined the firm in 2025 as an associate in the Co-op/Condo and Offering Plans departments. Ms. Wirtz works with developers, architects, engineers, the New York State Attorney General’s office, and the New York City Department of Finance on the registration of offering plans and the establishment of condominiums and cooperatives. Her responsibilities also include amending offering plans, drafting declarations, negotiating contracts, and preparing purchase and sale agreements.

Ms. Wirtz graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2022, where she focused on real estate and transactional law. Before earning her degree, she interned with several firms across the city, gaining diverse experience in various areas of real estate law.
