KellyAnn Stanard is senior counsel to the Firm’s real estate department. She concentrates in real estate matters with an emphasis on real estate transactions for luxury properties.
Ms. Stanard counsels corporate entities and high net worth individuals regarding the acquisition and disposition of residential real estate. Ms. Stanard’s practice focuses on the drafting and negotiating of contracts for the purchase and sale of various types of properties, including multi-family buildings, individual residential and commercial cooperative units, condominiums and single-family homes.
In addition to working with individuals, Ms. Stanard works directly with the Firm’s major developers and is actively involved in the closings of condominium projects throughout New York City.
Ms. Stanard is both enthusiastic and energetic in accomplishing the goals of her clients, be it for the first time home owner or the experienced real estate investor. She prides herself in the unique attorney-client relationship that she develops with her clients. Her passion for work is evident to her clients.
