PRACTICE AREAS
Christopher L. Palladino concentrates his practice on transactional real estate law, representing developers and individuals. He counsels clients on all aspects of forming and selling condominium and cooperative projects in New York City and throughout the metropolitan area, including the drafting and submission of offering plans, amendments and related regulatory filings. Mr. Palladino also drafts and negotiates contracts for the purchase and sale of residential properties, including condominium and cooperative units and single-family homes.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Palladino represented lenders, purchasers and sellers in residential real estate transactions. After graduating from law school, he completed a post-graduate fellowship at the Real Estate Finance Bureau of the Office of the New York State Attorney General, where he reviewed condominium and cooperative offering plans and amendments thereto as well as investigated disputes over down payments in escrow and drafted determinations on their disposition.
