Bettina Miraglia

Bettina Miraglia is a partner in the Firm’s real estate department. She handles a wide variety of real estate matters, both residential and commercial, with an emphasis on real estate transactions. Ms. Miraglia also oversees the closing department and manages both attorneys and staff to ensure the efficient handling of all client matters.

Ms. Miraglia works closely with the Firm’s major developers including private equity firms, public corporations, family offices and high net worth individuals, in connection with all aspects of offering plans, with an emphasis on drafting and negotiating contracts and ensuring the timely closings of the individual condominium units. Ms. Miraglia has played an integral role in closing many of Manhattan’s condominium projects of various sizes, a representative sample of which can be found here.

Besides working with the Firm’s major developers, Ms. Miraglia also represents first-time home buyers, celebrities and high net worth individuals in connection with the sale and purchase of multi-family properties, residential and commercial cooperatives, condominium units and single-family homes.
