These include acquisition, working capital, construction, bridge, permanent, and mezzanine financing transactions of various sizes and complexities. Whether such debt is senior, subordinate, secured or unsecured, we have extensive experience in working with national and international banking institutions, REITS, private equity, family offices, and high net worth individuals. Additionally, we have represented lenders in over $1.5 billion of EB-5 financing and have completed numerous transactions with a variety of public entities. Our representation of borrowers and lenders extends beyond transactions to include workouts, restructuring, intercreditor arrangements, condominium oversight and other matters. Working with members of our tax, litigation, corporate, and condominium practices, we leverage the firm’s collective experience to guide our clients in real estate and commercial financing matters.
