The Gretsch Building

The Gretsch Building, developed by Martin Wydra and Edward Wydra, contains over one hundred thirty (130) residential units located in the completely renovated guitar manufacturing building in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn. The Gretsch Building offers unsurpassed views of New York City. The Gretsch Building had also qualified for the J51 tax program.
