51 Jay Street

51 Jay Street in Brooklyn is a condominium development collaboration between Adam America and Slate Property Group. 51 Jay Street is the result of creating a mixed use seven (7) story building consisting of seventy-five (75) residential units and one (1) commercial unit.  All of the units are located within the five (5) stories created inside of the previously existing three (3) story structure and the two (2) newly constructed additional floors.
