144 West 18th St. Condominiums consists of eighteen (18) Residential Units, two (2) Commercial Units and one (1) Community Facility Unit.  The existing building, which was previously a commercial loft building, was completely renovated.  As part of the construction, three new floors were added to the existing building. 144 West 18th St. Condominiums qualified for the J-51 tax abatement program.
