Satanic Temple Sues Over Goat

Baphomet is an historic occult goat-headed deity.  A unique expression of Baphomet was created by The Satanic Temple and is subject to its copyright.  A virtually identical copy of the copyrighted statue appeared in the Netflix series, The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.  DL Partners developed a litigation strategy on behalf of The Satanic Temple which resulted in a quick amicable settlement for claims of copyright infringement.  The case was widely reported in both the legal and popular press, including a feature article in The New York Times.
