FreshDirect Campus

Acting as lead counsel for the lenders, DL Partners arranged for the completion of a second round of financing under the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program in the total amount of $140,000,000 which was utilized for the development of the FreshDirect Campus at 2 St. Ann’s Avenue in the Bronx.  A state-of-the art facility, the FreshDirect Campus serves as FreshDirect’s corporate headquarters and distribution center.  We are truly proud to have played a role in bringing this exceptional project to the Bronx.  In addition to creating significant jobs for the residents of the Bronx, this project is unique in its implementation of cutting edge technology with a focus on energy efficiency and environmental friendliness.  Further information on this project can be found here.
