$31.5 Million Sale of 320 West Fordham Road

DL Partners represented the LaSala family in its sale of 320 West Fordham Road in the Bronx, New York to Dynamic Star, a Connecticut-based real estate development firm, for over $31.5 million. The approximately 3.7 acre waterfront development site located along the Harlem River is projected to permit 515,140 buildable square feet for residential use which can be increased to 973,375 buildable square feet if a community facility is provided.
